Requisitos

We are looking for a responsible, proactive person with technical knowledge to fill the position of Maintenance Staff.
The ideal candidate should have experience in general maintenance, be solution-oriented, and demonstrate commitment to the quality and good condition of the facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the complex’s facilities, equipment, and systems (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.).
• Respond promptly to reports of malfunctions or defects.
• Regularly inspect common areas and apartments to ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinate and supervise, when necessary, the work carried out by external contractors.
• Assist in preparing apartments for new guests or residents.
• Keep an updated record of interventions and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with established safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with reception and housekeeping staff to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Habilidades

• Previous experience in general maintenance work, preferably in residential or tourist environments.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.
• Ability to identify and efficiently resolve technical problems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Technical training or certifications in related areas will be considered a plus.
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented attitude.
